You have our word as long as the actual condition of your bike matches the description that you provide. Please be honest and thorough when describing your bike&#8212no sugar coating. There may be cases where we may find something you missed. Here is the checklist of the most common things to look for to ensure you are describing your bike accurately:

  • Is anything broken or not working correctly?
  • Are there severe scratches or dents on frame/components due to crashes?
  • Give us a ballpark estimate on the number of miles put into the bike.

Please feel free to contact Goodbye Cycle if you do not feel comfortable with any assessment and a manager will gladly take a second look at your bike.
